Final Draft: Limitless Escape
Katie and I have finished our magazines and I am pretty happy with the way it came out. I figured out how to get the background to transfer because I did have that problem when submitting the first draft. We fixed our fonts and any other problems. Overall, this was a fun and challenging project and we are excited to share this.
Post Production 2- Final Edits
Katie and I sat together side by side this week and officially completed our magazine. One of the biggest comments we received from our peers is that our magazines did not match very well. So, we focused on making our layouts similar and more professional. I will be honest and say that our typography did not match at all. We each had very different fonts, so this week we went through and found some fonts that we each liked and fixed our magazine. Katie had to make her feature article longer, so she went back and rewrote it. She also added another interview. Our layouts for our feature article were very different. Katie changed her layout to match more like mine and we made it all the same fonts. She added more pictures to her feature article and I think it looks a lot better. I feel like our magazines do look a lot better than what we had before. We took our recommendations and comments and tried to incorporate everything we could into our magazine.
